WHY DO YOU HAVE SO FEW ITEMS FOR SALE?We have a small workshop and only launch a limited number of listings sporadically across the year. Once an item is sold out, we cannot guarantee restocking. We recommend following us on social media to stay updated on any new releases.

I HAVE ORDERED MY ARTSMITH BOOK, WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?We primarily use Royal Mail as our main courier and there can be a 1-2 week production time before our Artsmith books are dispatched. If you are looking to recieve an item by a particular date, please order as an early as possible. ​ ​The time-frame for delivery for Europe is 3-5 working days after being dispatched. The time-frame for worldwide deliveries is 5-7 working days after being dispatched. ​Please double check your shipping address as this is the address we will post the item to. If the item has not been delivered within 7 days after being dispatched, please contact us on info@Artsmithbooks.com with your order number. You can find more information on delivery in section 5 of our terms and condition. ​

I RECIEVED A BOOK THAT LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE I PURCHASED. WHAT DO I DO?All Artsmith books are hand-decorated and so no two books will be completley idential. We understand that mistakes can happen when items are being dispatched from our workshop. If you feel you recieved the wrong item please feel free to contact us on info@artsmithbooks.com with your order number and the photos of the item you recieved.

HOW DO I RETURN A ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED ?We accept returns and exachages so long as we are notified within 14 days of the item being deliverered and the product is in the saleable condition. If you would like to cancel/return your order, please fill out our returns/cancellation form. All returns and exchanges must be posted to our returns warehouse: 72 Queens Market Forest Gate London E13 9BA* ​ We do not reimburse postage costs for returning your item. We recommend you post the item from a reputable courier amd ensure it is securely packaged. Please keep proof of postage/tracking information regarding your return. ​We cannot be held responsabile for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We also do not offer returns for any personalised or custom made items. Please see section 8 of our terms and conditions if you would like more information on our refund and returns policy. ​ * This is not our store address and can only be used as a postal location. All of our trading is currently online and our warehouse does not accept any walk-ins from customers.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?If you product has arrived damaged we will also provide a refund on the return postage. Please message us at info@artsmithbook.com with the following information: ​ Your order number and copy of your reciept. ​ Three different pictures showing the damaged item, internal and external packaging. If your item arrived damaged, please keep hold of the product, packaging and box until you receive confirmation of your refund. ​ If you would like a refund/replacement or exchange. ​​ Please note that due to the limited release of our products, we might not be able to offer a replacement if the item has sold out. In this situation, we can only offer a refund or exchange. Please see section 8 of our terms and conditions if you would like more information on our refund and returns policy.

IS THE ARTSMITH BOOK A CHILDRENS TOY?The Artsmith book is a artpieace and a hand-painted ornamnemt for collectors and not a children's toy. The product is not recommended or designed for children.

ANY ADVICE ON KEEPING MY ARTSMITH BOOK LIKE NEW?All our Artsmith books are finished off with a gloss varnish to act as a sealer and protect the paint. We would recommend shelving the book on a bookshelf if not displaying to avoid any falls. Also, avoid any liquids and food around your book or anything else that migh stain . If you want to clean your artsmith book gently brush or wipe with a dry towel, brush or microfibre cloth to remove any dust. However, avoid rubbing or wiping the sticker edges which can damage the adhesive. Make sure the item is packaged appropriatley if transporting.
